Nicole-Reine Lepautre, par exemple, math\u00e9maticienne et astronome fran\u00e7aise, a pr\u00e9dit le retour de la com\u00e8te de Halley en calculant la date d'une \u00e9clipse solaire. Si c'est le cas, vous savez ce que signifie \u00eatre une femme dans la technologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gender diversity gap is a real issue, and female employees often encounter various challenges when trying to break into the tech industry. These challenges can include unequal pay and being overlooked for promotions. According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/diversity-and-inclusion\/women-in-the-workplace#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rapport 2022 de McKinsey<\/a>Dans l'ensemble des secteurs d'activit\u00e9, seules 86 femmes sont promues \u00e0 des postes de direction pour 100 hommes. Toutefois, si l'on consid\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifiquement le secteur technologique, ce chiffre tombe \u00e0 52 femmes pour 100 hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Espagne, l'industrie technologique passe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du pouvoir des femmes. Seulement <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.futureofwork.manpowergroup.es\/descarga-estudio-experis-mujer-y-tecnologia-el-reto-del-desequilibrio-de-genero-para-perfiles-it-y-algunas-propuestas-para-corregirlo\">20,6% des travailleurs de la technologie sont des femmes<\/a>alors que la demande de professionnels ne cesse de doubler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ajouter l'insulte \u00e0 l'injure, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ugt.es\/sites\/default\/files\/informe_yotrabajogratis.pdf\">les femmes en Espagne gagnent 9,4% de moins<\/a> que les hommes. Cela peut sembler peu, mais c'est comme travailler gratuitement pendant 34 jours chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, what does it mean to be a woman in tech? It means being loud and proud of being a part of a community of strong, intelligent women. Cela est d\u00fb au soutien et aux initiatives croissants qui visent \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes dans le secteur technologique. Et, chaque ann\u00e9e, de plus en plus de femmes apportent une contribution significative au secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examinons quelques-unes des raisons pour lesquelles l'avenir est prometteur pour les femmes dans le domaine des sciences, de la technologie et de l'ing\u00e9nierie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"More_opportunities_for_education\"><\/span>Plus de possibilit\u00e9s d'\u00e9ducation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour donner aux jeunes femmes les moyens de se lancer dans la technologie, il faut d'abord cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable et encourageant dans les \u00e9coles. Being able to work from anywhere helps women juggle their careers and personal responsibilities, like caregiving, without putting their professional growth on hold.
